Rogerwilco report reveals quality of experience is more important than price
Rogerwilco, ovatoyou and Julia Ahlfeldt have released a digital customer experience report in South Africa. The 24-question survey was served to ovatoyou's panel of more than 18 000 online South Africans during May 2020, with a total of 2 000 consumers completing it.
