Through an online voting system, thousands of readers across South Africa were invited to vote in various categories, which included Best Insurance Company, Restaurant and even Tyres. The votes were then tallied into Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. Brands were surveyed on their trustworthiness, quality, value and understanding of customer needs.
